I have more than 34 years’ experience of advising on tax issues. My clients have ranged from Global 1000 companies, fast growing start-ups, to family-owned businesses and charities.

I have extensive experience of cross-border issues, sales acquisitions, financing and IPOs.

My particular interest is in helping companies make their dealings with HMRC as painless as possible.
