Harry Scoffin is a friend of mine and a tireless advocate for reform of housing laws which imprison leaseholders.

He is able to use the techniques used on tic-toc on linked in. He inspires us to listen to him with these short videos which remind me how right is and how badly leaseholders can be treated.

This is a magnificent statement of intent and I am sure that in ten years time, I will be looking back at Harry for what he did when he was so young!

I see housing as way behind pensions in getting attention and money to reform itself.

The Labour Government is being prodded to get their act together and nowhere is there  a stronger case to reform than in the housing mess that previous Governments failed to clean up.

The costs of housing could be reduced if those at the top of the Labour Government (the cabinet) made an effort rather than ducking the issues that oppress so many of us leaseholders.
