Paul and Calum – pension’s untapped possibilities next Tuesday

Cooper and Waters

As regular readers know, I am a fan of Paul and Calum’s report on the untapped promise of pensions. Calum rather politely asked us to distribute his work

With your permission, perhaps you might share the short form version of the report (here) and we’ll bring this to life in conversation. There is a longer version connected behind this for those who want to go there!

I think I want the longer version as this is the one I’m reading – it begs for more from readers like me

Thankfully we are going to get Calum Cooper and Paul Waters live on the Pension PlayPen live stream on Tuesday 29th April. Currently you may be having a little problem getting on the Pension PlayPen page (I am) so please cut and paste this link and you will come as a Plowman guest (free)

The Free Link is here (we’re not paying Paul and Calum)

Here’s a free pass to see Paul and Calum next Tuesday at 10.30am

Calum’s dropped me a line suggesting he spends the hour discussing with us

– Why and why now

– What guided their ideas and thinking

– Where could pensions deliver better public good outcomes (discussion)

– Policy reform ideas (discussion)

And perhaps we’ll come up with some thoughts for taking action in our respective spheres of influence during or after!

See you on Tuesday next and we’ll have a proper discussion on how to tap the potential of the pensions we fund and spend!
