How do we account for things we can’t smell see or feel?

Andrew Watson

The wonderful world of accounting is one of importance and one that attracts some nice and awkward questions from our guests.

Here is the video. Andrew is at the meeting thanks to Bobby Riddaway and this is of great importance now that value in businesses can be measured by what you can’t see or touch or smell. “Up side down” accountancy , deals with the accounting of what is not tangible but increasingly important to how we value companies.

I was unable to comment as in noisy transit to a discussion in Oxford on two important pension issues, CDC and small pot consolidation! “I’d move on from Henry” was as good advice as could be given!

We post the videos for everyone who want to learn but cannot fully participate in discussions or cannot even make it to the event.

Thanks to Andrew and Bobby for organising this, I have now listened and watched as I should and recommend Andrew to you
