Coffee Morning – Climate Change – What are the Tipping Points & When will they happen?

Sahil Shah
Tuesday August 19th 2025 – 10.30 am

CPD included
You are cordially invited to attend our next online event with Sahil Shah from Tipping Frontier.
As we see extreme weather unfolding – what are the actual major climate tipping points and how likely are they to happen?
Sahil will be giving a great educational session on what the climate tipping points are, when they are likely to happen and what effects they are likely to cause the earth.
There will then be time to discuss what pension schemes can do about this with the Trustee Sustainability Working Group chair, Bobby Riddaway. This not to be missed session is extremely interesting and eye-opening and is feeding on the training that Tipping Frontier have delivered to major institutions across the world including the World Bank, IMF, Indian and British governments.
Sahil Shah is Co-Founder of Tipping Frontier. He is a Honorary research fellow at the University of Madison-Wisconsin, working in the food/energy/water nexus, and a fellow at the Atlantic Council in Washington DC. He sits on the World Bank’s Famine Action Mechanism Technical Working Group and the Chatham House Food and Land Use round table.

This should be a great session.
