This is a great article and one I don’t want to much more than admire, it’s author- Phil Triggs is the main man in LGPS and he tells things like they are.
I have been to LGPS events and seen the relief that officers and funds avoided LDI . This made them financial superstars.
That was the atmosphere that was prevalent among officers and there were plenty of fund salesmen about , offering services through pools and in many cases by-passing pools and going to funds.
It is clear that the Government does not see this as rosy as the LGPS. This summer the LGPs will meet at Wyboston Lakes Resort, Great North Road, Wyboston, Bedfordshire,
