Tom is more of a lifetime savings than a pensions man but you can’t have pensions without a lifetime of doing something and for most of us , we need to save to have a wage in retirement.

It’s a great pleasure to have Tom talking on the budget and other things. He won’t be talking about pensions but he may touch on annuities (the next best thing). We are having to re-think what we do with pension wealth which may no longer be the thing we spend last. I’m keen to hear what Tom has considered the way forward – now that pension pots are no longer the tax-free inheritance of yore!
