Last night witnessed India beating South Africa to win the 20/20 ICC world cup. It will cost my company a small extra payment to our Indian colleagues to help them celebrate but it will bring happiness to us all. Congratulations India. The clip above was clearly shot by a fan and captures the moment when Suryakumar Yadav took the stunning catch to dismiss David Miller from the first ball of the final over. Here it is again..

Having been 30 runs away with 30 balls to come, South Africa were stopped by the mighty Bumrah (rightly named player of the tournament).

It’s been a crazy tournament played in New York and Texas, Barbados and St Lucia but it has worked.

It’s been inclusive, hilarious, villainous,  (Josh Hazlewood) but most of all joyous!

Right now – out joy is for the Indian Nation and for all our friends down there and over here!
