Last night witnessed India beating South Africa to win the 20/20 ICC world cup. It will cost my company a small extra payment to our Indian colleagues to help them celebrate but it will bring happiness to us all. Congratulations India. Having been 30 runs away with 30 balls to come, South Africa were stopped by the mighty Bumrah (rightly named player of the tournament).
It’s been a crazy tournament played in New York and Texas, Barbados and St Lucia but it has worked.
