It’s worth paying your pension some attention and it’s also time to check it!

For most people the pension they’ll check first is their state pension! Make sure you’re getting as much as you can!
That’s all there is to say – this campaign time!
That’s not quite all there is to say about State Pension as the headline forecast assumes you keep working up to your state retirement age, it’s not what you already have ‘banked’.
It’s important therefore to look a little further down where it tells you how many years of National Insurance you need to reach that forecast.
It’s outrageous that the new-style state pension is so much bigger than the old-style basic state pension. In the name of equality I demand that the former be cut.
