Regarding Pensions UK’s concerns about capping leaseholder obligations in their 2024 response to HM Government’s consultation, the (then PLSA) contact name given was Krista D’Alessandro, Policy Lead.
Krista joined Pensions UK in January 2023.
She is said to be passionate about public policy that promotes economic and social equity, and, prior to joining Pensions UK, she worked in Washington D.C. as a Senior Tax Policy Analyst at Enterprise Community Partners, a national affordable housing non-profit.
