My first instagram post

People are reporting getting direct messages from people on Instagram claiming to be me. They’re not me . I’m not selling crypto-currency.

I don’t use Instagram very much and was surprised to find that there are many different versions of me on the site.

And one of these is me and one is a fake account. It is Pension.Plowman. I appear to have been locked out of the top account, from which the fake account has been cloned.

So I think it is easiest to leave instagram which I will do directly after publishing this post. If you get any message from me, be sure it is not from me but from a clone.

I do not use Instagram for commercial purposes nor do I use it much socially. It can do without me and I can do without it.

Self policing

Thanks to the kind people who have alerted me to these activities. I won’t name them for good reason.

I will send this blog to Instagram , though I don’t expect much action.
