I went to breakfast with my friend John at Beppes early this morning and when I got home for the 9 am meeting, Carter Lane had become Coronation Street.
We now live in a gated community
Up by Samuel Johnson’s old house, they’re painting the town red (easil does it)
and at the end of Friar Street there’s a pop up tent. te;;omg me I’m in Fleet Street.

Fellow City residents are grabbing beers and working on a double yellow line!
What is going on?
It’s the Coronation stupid and it’s right up our Street!
