    Yours seems an odd post, Henry, on this, Sir Paul McCartney’s 80th birthday.

    “They were fantastic singers. Lennon, to this day, it’s hard to find a better singer than Lennon was, or than McCartney was and still is,” says Bob Dylan.

    “I’m in awe of McCartney,” continued Dylan. “He’s about the only one that I am in awe of. He can do it all. And he’s never let up… He’s just so damn effortless.”

    But at least Macca has been spared to write songs for all of them: such as Little Willow (for Ringo), Here Today (for John) and Friends To Go (for George) ….
