I didn’t watch Yeovil Town crush creepy Crawley 2-1 at the Huish. I have however voted Tahvon Campbell’s goal, goal of the day and I understand that his first ever league goal has indeed made the Sky Sports top 3
By all accounts we did enough and with two home wins on the trot, we can almost forget about not beating Carlisle on Tuesday night (to secure a 4th round game v Everton).
Being a Yeovil fan this season has not been great , but there is more of a buzz on twitter since Darren Way got the job and I get the impression that if we keep our squad intact, we have enough to stay up, stabilise and rebuild.
The Match Report in the Western Gazette is here. I am always pleased to beat “creepy” Crawley Town, a side that attracts crooks like raspberry jam attracts wasps on a summer’s day. I wouldn’t say People’s Pension were crooks, but if I were them, I’d put clear blue water between them and the Red Devils!

The reason I wasn’t in Yeovil was that I was supporting St Pauls thirds playing Hailebury. The results table speaks for itself
Oliver Tapper was captain of the thirds and knocked in five of the eight goals.
