An evening of rare splendour!

Hacka

I don’t know if I can blog my way out of a hangover , but it beats concentrating on the motivational session conducted by the Maori Hacka Warriors.

I kid you not! I am in the main auditorium of the Celtic Manor and the early morning entertainment is from some very naked Kiwis prancing about in front of the good ladies (and the odd gent) of #APPC15.

Last night was an evening of rare splendour, conducted by the magnificent Vickie Moss – resplendent in her green dress. That dress!

I had the great pleasure of sitting next to Steve Webb, and- for the first time – of settling the many scores outstanding from this blog.

Carsten Staehr did not win and nobody could quite believe it. I saw him at breakfast- he was like a wounded animal – poor Carsten!

There was much dancing – much drinking – much laughing!

Thanks CIPP – you are a truly inspirational bunch and as I said in my speech yesterday, you are breathing life back into pensions!

The Hacka is about getting through life (apparently) – and blow me down- I think they want me to do it – right now!

See you!
