I am very pleased by this post by my friend and former colleague Colin Haines. He is a great advocate for his firm for Arboreum and for family firms improving their pensions by using collective pensions again.
It is good that Western is openly advertising Arboreum. It’s Western and Collective Pension’s CDC scheme – collective in the pensions it offers and Collective by ownership!
This blog is always open to Adrian Boulding’s blogs and to anything from Colin Haines that supports CDC’s adoption among employers. I had the pleasure of speaking with Colin in the summer when he was contracted to the Pensions Regulator and I was as open then as I am now in wishing well any new entrants who can share what is clearly excess demand for current supply.
