Investment Companies – heartbeat of FTSE 250 – forgotten by Pension Schemes Bill – Altmann

This is an excellent post . I will leave Ros and to make the point. Thanks William Macleod

I too am surprised that promoting Investment Companies (or Trusts) is not part of the Bill’s intention to increase UK growth stocks in Pension Schemes.

Ros Altmann and Sharon Bowles have spoken from the House of Lords for some time about the failure to make Investment Companies easy to invest in and her speech reminds me of many conversations she has had both inside parliament and more widely about reviving these companies.

If you want an example of her promotion of the ideas behind Mansion House, read this blog by Ros on her website a couple of weeks ago
