I am pleased that an IFA is being this outspoken in his pitch for your business
I don’t know Iain Clayton, but I wish I did. This is how he presents himself to a new generation of professionals, one who have no access to properties rising in value, pensions that can be left alone, careers that can be allowed to drift to their end.

Pay your pension some attention
I don’t know Iain so I can’t say if he’s good, but I’d want to speak with him if I was 30-40. He’s got some simple graphics that explain that you have to take your retirement finances seriously when you are these ages, you cannot afford to wait until it’s too late.
I am not sure if he knows that the big boys are re- launching “Pay Your Pension Some Attention” (I think that’s what PYPSA that it’s abbreviated to).
It’s all in the pack I can’t share with you! Oh yes it is!

Sorry – it’s embargoed till Sept 5th 2025!
It’s the ABI and Pension UK who are on the front page of their embargoed document (which is on Linked in if you are on the right feeds). The Big Boys are as expected, there is one big (£25bn+) master trust not here , you can work it out yourself.
I can’t say who the next celebrity will be – because that is super-embargoed. Do you remember the last two? I’m sure you can remember this lot!

Am I for Pension Awareness having a day?
I’m for it, have been since the little bus at the start, but I want to see more Iain Clayton’s and less embargoed material. We need bright young people who want to do this off their own as the pension geeks did, telling us what they were hearing when they were out on their bus. Here’s to Jonathan Bland and Rachel Parkinson who kicked things off in 2014
There is a Pension Awareness Day
September 15, 2025, Pension Awareness Day
We have got a lot to thank the kids for!

Back then they had Pension Awareness Days, which came to your town (here they were in Liverpool in 2016)

In 2026, ten years later, people will be able to ask these questions from the dashboard and get an answer. But they’ll still need something from Iain Clayton and the Pension Geeks – their spirit, endeavour and bravura.
