  1. I’ve posted over on LinkedIn that it reminds me of Paul Simon’s The Obvious Child, done a wee bit slower, but obviously it isn’t.

    • Over on that other channel/parallel universe, Bobby Riddaway – who’s also of this parish, but not today – has correctly identified the drumming as Antmusic.

      In my defence, I did see Adam & The Ants at the Glasgow Apollo on 1 November 1982, with the two parallel drummers Bobby recommends.

      But by late 1982 it was no longer Terry Lee Miall and Chris “Merrick” Hughes on Burundi drums.

      I think the pair I heard in Glasgow that night would have been Bogdan “Bob” or “Count” Wiczling (ex-Fingerprintz) and Barry Watts (ex-Q-Tips).
