“The rule makers are ruining our retirements” was Tom McPhail’s slight bluster in the Times last week, reposted with commentary from Philip Hodges of Guiide and in turn some of the wider issues were picked up in a blog by our Chairman, Henry Tapper.
The original source for this was the FCA consultation paper CP25/39 which is open for responses until this Thursday 12th Feb. But Philip Hodges is known to double up with Tom on Policy and Practise, and Philip will be on Pension Play Pen tomorrow to discuss navigating forthcoming regulatory developments – support and protection for all savers.
