Pension PlayPen has been pretty good at keeping the tone refined and in line with the Government’s wish that pensions focus on investment and strategy.
I can announce that this Tuesday we will be focussing on good process and its importance. for pension fund strategy.
Picking up the responsibility at the Penson PlayPen coffee morning (10.30 -11.30 am) will be refreshingly young women (which we are lamentably short of at Pension PlayPen at the moment).
Linda Jardine will be speaking on
“Harnessing Strategic Pension Projects: The Crucial Role of Project Management”.
This is a something that has been a hot topic with the consultants engaged with end game planning. Hymans will address the various considerations to ensure schemes can progress through Buy in to Buy out and wind up effectively and efficiently. Including that critical data journey piece.
Linda joined the Hymans team in April 2014 and works closely with many of their clients, specialising in the management and delivery of complex implementation and organisational change projects.
Linda has been involved in numerous projects including full services transitions, large and complex scheme merger and consolidation projects, new DC Trust set-up, scheme closures, implementation of new DC Master Trust, Journey to Buy-out and GMP equalisation. Linda Jardine | Hymans Robertson
Laura McMillan will provide some further information as she heads up this area within Hymans. Her colleague Linda Jardine will be actually doing the session
