Ian is best known as the CIO of Royal Mail and was in charge of some of the great pension novations of the past 25 years, notably the off-loading of Royal Mail’s pension liabilities to the Government, the establishment of its DC scheme and – in its early days- the Royal Mail Collective Pension Plan (the CDC one).]
