It must be weird being a celebrity when things like this happen all the time.
If this is the German property I think it is, I warned the FCA repeatedly that it was being peddled by a local distributor for DB pension transfers to go in to who used to be an IFA firm who before that was a mortgage firm under MCOB where the director had had his permissions removed. I do hope nonnegotiable of the claims will fall on good firms via the FSCS.
